Fit or Flop Fashion AI
When you upload or take a photo, it's securely transmitted to our AI service (powered by OpenRouter) for analysis. The AI evaluates clothing, color combinations, proportions, and styling choices to generate a score, vibe label, roast, and personalized fix. The photo is used only for this analysis and is not stored anywhere. Results are typically returned in 5–10 seconds.
No — photos are never stored on our servers. Your outfit history, scores, and verdicts are saved locally on your device only. To clear your history, go to the app's History or Profile screen and delete individual checks or all history. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data. There is nothing on our servers to delete.
Free users get 3 fit checks per week, resetting every Monday at midnight UTC. Fit or Flop Pro gives you unlimited checks, all occasion modes (Date Night, Job Interview, Festival, Formal), full style history, and priority processing.
Never. Our AI is explicitly designed to only comment on clothing choices, styling, color combinations, proportions, and accessories. It will not reference your body, weight, or physical appearance in any way. The roast is always about the outfit — never the person wearing it.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). On iOS: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Fit or Flop → Cancel. On Android: open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fit or Flop → Cancel. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Fashion is subjective, and sometimes the AI gets it wrong — especially in tricky lighting, complex patterns, or highly niche aesthetics. Try selecting a specific occasion for more context-aware feedback. If you believe the output was inappropriate or inaccurate in a harmful way, please report it to support@mcgba.llc so we can improve.
Adapt Coming Soon
Adapt is currently in active development. We are targeting a TestFlight beta in the near term, followed by an App Store launch. Sign up at hello@mcgba.llc to be notified when beta access opens.
Every Sunday, Adapt reviews your week — what was planned versus what you actually completed, your pre-workout check-ins, and optionally your Apple HealthKit data (sleep, steps, cardio, HRV). The AI then adjusts your program for the following week: increasing weights where you're progressing, scaling back where you're fatigued, detecting plateaus, and sending you a personal coach message explaining every change and why.
Yes — offline-first is a core architectural principle of Adapt. Your current program, workout screens, set logging, and rest timer all work with zero connectivity. The app pre-caches everything it needs when you open it with a connection, and syncs completed sessions automatically when you reconnect. The gym has bad WiFi. Adapt is built for that.
Adapt requests read-only access to: workout history, step count, sleep analysis, heart rate variability (HRV), and active energy burned. This data is used only to inform the AI coaching engine — it is never sold or shared with advertisers. HealthKit integration is optional; the app works fully without it.
Adapt Pro is planned at $12.99/month or $79.99/year — less than a single personal training session. All users get a full 4-week free trial to experience real AI adaptation before any payment is required. We never block a workout mid-session; the paywall only appears at natural transition points.
Account & Data Requests
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email privacy@mcgba.llc with "Delete My Account" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email when it is complete.
