Privacy Policy

MCGBA LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates mobile applications including Fit or Flop and Adapt (collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Apps.

By using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Apps.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
• Profile data: Name, fitness goals, equipment availability, training history, and other preferences you enter during onboarding.
• User-generated content: Photos of outfits (Fit or Flop), workout logs, notes, and ratings.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Features used, screens visited, session duration, and interaction patterns.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and crash reports.
• Performance data: App crashes, errors, and load times used to improve stability.

Health & Fitness Data (Adapt Only)

Adapt may request read-only access to Apple HealthKit data, including: workout history, step count, sleep data, heart rate variability (HRV), and active energy burned. We use this data solely to improve the AI coaching experience within the app.

• We never sell HealthKit data.
• We never share HealthKit data with third parties for advertising.
• HealthKit data is not used for any purpose beyond the in-app AI coaching features.
• You may revoke HealthKit access at any time via iOS Settings.

Photos (Fit or Flop Only)

Fit or Flop requires access to your camera and/or photo library to analyze outfit photos. Photos are transmitted to our AI processing service solely for analysis — they are not stored on our servers. All outfit history, scores, and verdicts are stored locally on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our core app features
• To deliver AI-powered analysis and personalized coaching
• To track usage for free-tier limits and subscription entitlements
• To send notifications you have opted into (workout reminders, coach messages)
• To respond to your support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — Authentication and database storage
• OpenRouter — AI analysis (images and text are processed via OpenRouter's API for outfit analysis in Fit or Flop)
• RevenueCat — Subscription and purchase management
• Apple App Store — App distribution and in-app purchases

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Data Storage and Security

Account and usage data for authenticated users is stored on servers operated by Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and at rest.

Fit or Flop: All outfit history, scores, roasts, and verdicts are stored exclusively on your device using local storage. Photos are sent to our AI service for analysis only and are not retained on any server. No outfit data leaves your device after the analysis is complete.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
• Opt-out: Opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications for workout reminders and weekly coaching updates (Adapt) or promotional content (Fit or Flop). You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
